One on One Coaching
Individual Coaching
Each of us experiences the world in a unique way, we all cope with problems in an individual way - depending on our resources, our experiences, our personal history, our personality. Therefore, general advice on how to deal with stress, or workload, or anxiety aren't necessarily helpful. As a coach, I try to identify the client's sources of stress, harmful coping strategies and thinking patterns, in order to help to adapt and develop the client's resources.
Coaching as well as any type of therapy is based on trust. To determine if I am the right coach for you, I do a trial session first - preferably online or by phone (ca. 15 min.), in order to determine if I offer the right approach of coaching to you, if we both believe we can work together. The cost of any following individual session is 90,- € (ca. 60 min.). I also offer a set of 5 sessions for 400,- €.
Online Sessions
It is often not possible to do a session or a training in person, either because you or your team work remote, you are traveling or for all kinds of other reasons. Therefore, I offer to do coaching online, too.
It is also possible to organize an team coaching or training online. Just get in contact to discuss the details.

Stress Management Trainings
I organize and develop stress management trainings, either as open classes or for Companies and organizations, focusing on the needs and problems of the specified team. Open Classes will be focusing on a specific topic. These can be a retreat session for a weekend or a one day workshop. The next dates for open classes will be announced in the news section. Migraine & Chronic Headaches: Integrated Programs
I have developed a new integrated program for clients suffering from migraines, chronic headaches or similar conditions. It combines Coaching with Massage therapy to address the mental and behavioral as well as the physical and recreational implications. You will find more information about this program below.

Dealing with Stress
01 Analyze
Stress is experienced differently by every person, and so are the reasons for stress. Not only external factors are a source of stress - like work load, accidents or disasters - ; what can be even more stressful is what we belief about us, other people or the outside world. We develop these individual belief systems throughout our lives, and they are often filled with irrational beliefs and assumptions which lead to stress and unhelpful coping strategies. Example: "Everybody must like me", "I have to be the perfect employee/husband/wife/child".
02 Change or accept
Once the stress factors are analyzed, it becomes possible to decide what to do with it. This is on the one hand empowering, as we can overcome the feeling of being trapped. On the other hand, it can be relieving when we decide to accept a certain fact or situation - because we got clarity about the things and thoughts we experience as problematic or exhausting. Once we achieved clarity about a problem, it becomes possible to deal and cope with it.
03 Adapt
Our lives, careers, relationships are ever-changing. There will always be new challenges we have to adapt to. My task as a coach is to provide you with the tools to better cope with these challenges in the future. These tools can include analyzing your underlying belief systems and stressors, self-acceptance, increased body awareness, stress reduction techniques and little tools from self-management and productivity to reduce the mental load.
